Reminder – in addition to the Club Membership Form it is mandatory that all juniors must also have a separate consent form signed by the parent/guardian for registration purposes.

• The Code of Conduct (which applies for all Seniors/Juniors Players, Parents, Supporters etc) and other Club Welfare and Safeguarding policies can be found in the Information Section of the website.

We also provide you the option to consent or decline for photos to be used on the club website and all social media channels or in the local newspaper to promote Droitwich Spa Hockey Club through match reports and events.
